Transforming Events Into Experiences: Meet Jean Noisette, the Trailblazing Force Behind Dazzle Me Parties

Jean Noisette, a native of Youngstown, Ohio, had a passion for helping young girls feel beautiful inside and out. Despite being a wife and a mother of six children of varying ages, Jean successfully turned her dream into reality. She combined her love of motherhood, beauty, girl empowerment, and tenacious willpower to fulfill her lifelong dream of entrepreneurship. Through her work, Jean encourages and teaches young women the importance of possessing both beauty and brains in a fun-filled way. 

The idea of amplifying beauty and brains was born when Jean’s 12-year-old daughter was teased for her personal appearance, hair, and body image. Her daughter, who is now a high-school senior, works alongside her mother as a Dazzle Me Doll, contributing fresh ideas for children’s etiquette classes, pampering spa sessions, and youth girl talks featuring influential panelists. Jean aims to inspire and empower business leaders from all walks of life while maintaining a healthy balance between family and business. 

Her brand, Dazzle Me Parties, has gained widespread attention from celebrities such as Jermaine Dupri, Mary J. Blige, Cynthia Bailey, and cable networks such as VH1, BET, and WE tv. She previously partnered with Dr. Jackie Walters, star of Bravo’s hit show Married to Medicine, for a toy drive to benefit children whose mothers have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Although located in Atlanta, GA, Jean frequently travels back home to cultivate a community connection with her hometown, which helped shape her into the woman, entrepreneur, and mentor that she is today.
